Sue Mann is an independent visual artist. The following terms and conditions relate to this website. Terms for bespoke work and specialist services are not included here as they are dependent on individual requirements agreed in advance. Sue reserves the right to modify the following at any time. Modifications will take effect as soon as they appear on this site. In the case of material changes, Sue will notify you direct via the contact details you provide.
Payment, Delivery and Returns
Sue Mann offers a selection of her original one off artwork for purchase via the online shop on this website.
Payment by Card
The online shop processes UK sales only and uses Wix Payments to process the secure selling of products. Payment by credit or debit card are subject to Wix terms and conditions and privacy policy. Wix Payments accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners and Maestro.
Payment by Bank Transfer
You can choose to pay for UK sales by bank transfer. Worldwide sales are paid by bank transfer only. To arrange an invoice with bank transfer payment details, please get in touch. Delivery is processed once payment is received.
Delivery
Orders are carefully packed and shipped via secure courier. For UK sales, there is a £5 charge for postage and packing and delivery times are approximately 3 to 5 working days after notification of dispatch. For worldwide sales, please get in touch for a quote for shipping and estimate of delivery time.
Returns and Refunds
Every effort is made to ensure your order arrives safely and in good condition. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged in transit, please get in touch within 14 days of receipt with proof for insurance purposes. Sue will then arrange and meet the expense of returning the item and activate a refund.
If you wish to cancel your order, you should get in touch within 14 days of receipt. You have a further 14 days to return your order. Returns should be arranged via secure courier at your expense in the original condition and packaging and a refund will be activated upon receipt of the item in resaleable condition.

Where possible, Sue seeks to moderate the frequency she uses information.
