Drawing Together is a relaxed and social drawing session designed to explore drawing and its creative and wellbeing benefits. A  new series of sessions is coming to AHH Studio Collective in Malton over the Spring and Summer. Supported by North Yorkshire Council, these taster sessions are free and open to all levels. In the coming months, I am focusing on developing new work in the studio, working with fresh source material, exploring unfamiliar surfaces, experimenting with new drawing approaches, and reading widely.

In the coming weeks, a selection of original double sided drawings from the 'Sheltered Dreams' series will be available to purchase from my online shop.

Thoughout the Autumn, I will be sharing a selection of original double sided drawings from a new drawing series 'Reverberations' on my online shop and on Instagram. These works will be available to purchase as part of Artist Support Pledge.

The Scott Creative Arts Foundation exhibition 'LIGHT' tours to the Gallery at Lawrence Batley Theatre, Huddersfield from 13 September 2023 to 4 January 2024. The exhibition showcases new work by ten Yorkshire artists responding to the theme of light and includes a diptych from the 'Sheltered Dreams' series.

'Sheltered Dreams 32' will be showing at 'RBSA Drawing Prize', RBSA Gallery, Birmingham from 5 September to 14 October. Featuring the work of 96 artists, the exhibition showcases a wide range of styles, techniques and practices in contemporary drawing. 

A diptych of double sided drawings from the 'Sheltered Dreams' series will be showing in a Scott Creative Arts Foundation exhibition of new work by ten Yorkshire artists responding to the theme of 'LIGHT' from 1 July to 11 August at The Art House, Thirsk.

Throughout March, I will be working with Art Licks to deliver 'Drawing Together', a new series of in person drawing sessions with the Ryedale charity Next Steps. These sessions aim to share the accessible nature of drawing through simple approaches, as well as its wellbeing benefits.

Two drawings from 'The Pattern that Emerges' series will be showing at 'Body-Architect', Norman Rea Gallery, York University, from 6 to 17 March.
