Having settled into my new studio space, I am working on a new drawing series that is focused on playing with aspects from recent projects, while returning to working on a smaller scale.

Continuing with my focus on developing new work in the studio, I have been experimenting with expanding approaches from my current drawing series 'Rhythms of Restlessness' to working on a larger scale.

Having developed new drawing approaches working with mixed media on specialist paper, in this experimental series of drawings, ‘Formations’, I am playing with mark making, composition and colour.
Developing large scale work

Ahead of moving from my studio at AHH Studio Collective next month, I have been making large scale work (300 x 250 cm approx) as part of the 'Rhythms of Restlessness' series.
New drawing series

Currently working on a new series of drawings inspired by Fred Millett's 1965 'Concrete Relief' panels at the University of York.
Drawing Together at Art Happens Here

Drawing Together is a relaxed and social drawing session designed to explore drawing and its creative and wellbeing benefits. I will be delivering a new series of sessions at AHH Studio Collective in Malton over the Spring and Summer. Supported by North Yorkshire Council, these taster sessions are free and open to all levels.
